The IRFU has today confirmed the fixtures for the 2025/26 Energia All-Ireland League, with both the Men’s and Women’s Divisions set to kick off on Saturday, 27th September. The league will run across 18 regular rounds, followed by play-off semi-finals on Saturday, 18th April, and the Energia AIL Finals a week later at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, 25th April.
Navan RFC’s Men’s 1st XV will compete in Division 2B this season alongside:
Buccaneers, Clogher Valley, Galwegians, Rainey, UL Bohemian, Malone, Sligo, Enniscorthy, and Skerries.

🔵 Season Opener at Home
Navan begin their campaign at Balreask Old against UL Bohemian in Round 1 (27th September). The opening block continues with back-to-back away trips to Enniscorthy and Malone, before returning home for a North-East derby clash with Skerries in Round 4 (25th October).
The schedule also includes high-profile fixtures away to Buccaneers (1st Nov), a festive-season double-header against Sligo (Dec 13th away, Jan 10th home), and the final round sees Navan travel to Limerick to face UL Bohemian again on April 4th.
🟡 ‘No Rugby Weekends’ Return
As part of the IRFU’s commitment to player and volunteer welfare, two 'No Rugby Weekends' will again be included:
- 22nd November 2025, coinciding with Ireland’s Autumn Nations Series clash with South Africa.
- 14th March 2026, ahead of the season's home stretch.
